It's Spring so I'm checking in to see what my husband's wearing, again. I'm happy to report that it's colour!
Purple, what a royal and distinguished hue, and worn with grey, it's just a classic.

Spring Forward in Peplum!
Say it with me, "Spring is NIGH!"
In preparation for some rainy days and the warmer weather, a light spring jacket or coat is in order. I prefer to wear a trench coat, although I will also be wearing my PEPLUM jacket from a few seasons ago! I never thought peplum would do a hippy girl justice, but this Ann Taylor LOFT jacket is subtle in its peplum ways and I'm glad I'll get another season out of it.

Zac Posen at Neiman Marcus
It was such an honour for me to cover Zac Posen at Neimans on November 8th, in Boston. He was there to showcase his Spring 2012 collection recently shown at New York Fashion Week.
It's truly a breathtakingly elegant and romantic collection.
Everyone who was there last night was blown away by the glamour of the floor-skimming gowns, the cut, the fit, the detail. Everything was simply fabulous! Not to mention how nice it was to meet and talk to Mr. Posen!

Cat eye sunglasses are hot for Spring, but I'm really loving cat eye makeup for during the day and into the night. So retro and with a bit of nude lip for day and red lip for night...perfecto!
