Recently, we had the opportunity to shadow marvel photographer Bob Gundu in capturing the incredible architecture of Integral House during An Integral Affair: in support of the Cabbagetown Community Arts Centre.
Integral House is owned by James Stewart, mathematician, musician and author of the Calculus textbooks you may have used.

My brother in law threw the first pitch at FENWAY on AUG 29, 2009.
It was the Red Sox v. Blue Jays. Red Sox won 3-2.

I hit the big 30 with family and close friends at Archeo in the Distillery District.
There's nothing better than bacon for your birthday. The credit goes to my husband for most of these shots :)

There was a magician, a donkey, gifts and cake A bouncy castle, burgers and a pinata to shake Lollies and candies and wrappers galore Toy bats and balloons and don't you want more? How 'bout ice cream and sprinkles and chocolate chips? Don't you wish your birthdays were more like this?
Okay, so I'm no Dr. Seuss that's for certain, but I do like birthdays. I suspect these guys do too.
(I'll try not to incorporate the last few letters of Photohogger so much in my entry titles, but it's fun while it lasts, non?)
I recently did a yoga shoot for a friend who's starting out her yoga teaching practice. She's wonderfully warm and easy-going so N and I had a lot of fun with her at the shoot which was at our home as well as at the Harbourfront Centre.
Aarti was looking for yoga photos that weren't conventional (ie. sun-set-silhouette-type shots) but more of something organic with interesting body shapes. She was really open-minded and we ended up with some really beautiful moments as well as some super fun shots (like the one we got of her out on the skating rink in her beautiful lehenga - even though it was a bitterly cold day!!)
Here's a peek.
